I/we acknowledge that payment does not mean that a policy has been issued or renewed until we have provided separate notification on this basis. If payment is made out of hours notification will follow when the office next opens. A policy will not be issued or renewed until we at Sharrocks have provided this confirmation.

We aim to always provide the highest level of customer service and want you to be totally delighted with the purchases made via our website and the services that you have booked with ourselves.

You have the right to cancel services within 7 days of booking. You can return or exchange goods within 7 working days following delivery, as long as they are in the original packaging, have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition.

When returning goods a copy of your paid invoice must be included, after we have established that the item is unused and undamaged we will refund the entire sales price excluding the original cost of delivery.

If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible or within 3 working days of receipt of goods, stating your order number and in what way the goods have been damaged.

Return the items to the address below within 5 working days and we will re-dispatch the item or credit your account as you wish.
